Eve was mostly letting him talk on, for the most part, she had no sweet clue what he was talking about. Triples who? Which demon was that? In her world, full on demons didn't exactly pop up often, and she didn't know all of them by name. If she went home and did some research, she'd probably figure it out, but for now, Eve was slightly clueless, and just letting go on about it. Though it sounded like he was just trying to talk himself out of panicking.
She had indeed tried a locate spell, which hadn't worked at all, just like she had expected. Of course, this just couldn't be easy. It had to be difficult, right? Right. Nothing was ever easy.
Sighing, she looked over to Bartleby, raising an eyebrow. "Just who are you trying to convince here?" she asked lightly. From what she knew, if the Metatron was worried, then there was good reason to worry. It wasn't like she thought for a second that he was trying to destroy the world. She'd never even thought of it, so the whole comment was kind of amusing.
"You're yattering. You're nervous." she pointed out, "You think something is wrong too." she said as she peered into an arcade window shop, half hoping to find God playing an indoor game of skeeball. But it only took a brief glance for her to know that She wasn't there. Maybe the next arcade. How many different places had skeeball? She didn't want to think about it, not in a city like this. The boardwalk had been the first place they had checked. "Where was she found last time?" she asked curiously, maybe they needed to check areas like that.
