When was the last time she'd spent much time outside the protection of the Lux? It had been a while, Anna didn't really dare to leave the building for long. The body count was rising in LA, she could almost guess who was behind in. But if she turned herself in, it wouldn't change anything. The body count my ever rise. So, she staid where she was, constantly hearing the discussions of Angels. Everything from to the newest demon problem, to the vampires that were threatening the Slayers of the city. She didn't always need to check up on her friends, when she had instant update through the broadcasts she heard.
On this night, she had joined the crowed in the bar, sitting at a table off to the side, watching with vague interest as the people, definitely not all human, moved around the facility. What else was there to do, really? She'd become use to the idea of living under a roof with a God who didn't want to kill her, and Lucifer. Not entirely comfortable, but use to it.
She was debating going back to the room that Elaine had given her when she found someone approaching her. Cautiously, she watched him, but there was no real reason to be alarmed. This was neutral ground, no violence could be committed.
Instead, she sat in her chair, legs crossed, leaning back and watching him approach with interest. Whatever could he want?
