Terry was still frustrated. Even worse than that his pride was hurt. But he spent more time in the training rooms at least rather than being a rebellious teenager and trying to break out of the clock tower. He had the clocktower's layout memorized by now. He knew there was one window by his ledge where he could get out. And a few weak spots where he could make an exit if need be. But he couldn't get his head on straight. Bruce was his father..He had a family. Trying to get that concept into a "troubled" mind was going to be difficult to swallow. He hadn't known how to react to the news, and so he chose not too. He made the mistake of announcing it on the boards once, and wasn't about to do anything else stupid.
So his room was empty, his ledge was abandoned. He worked through a form his Bruce had created for him. The movements weren't nearly as shaky as they had been the first day he started sneaking into the training room. But they were still hesitant, and Batman couldn't afford to be hesitant. There were so many things in his mind, it was affecting his movements. Movements he should have had memorized for the number of times Wayne made him practice them every afternoon. He took a step forward and jumped into the air gracefully flipping and landing heavily on the mat. He swore. He made a noise. He used to be able to do this routine flawlessly..and now he couldn't do it without making noise..if he were in the field it would get him killed, and he knew it. He braced himself against the near by wall and glared darkly. He thrust his fist straight into the drywall and cracked it.
