Terry would argue he wasn't -that- young, but he was probably the youngest Batman in history. He was probably the first of Wayne's protege's not to wear a Robin suit. He would continue to refuse it too. He was only seventeen and already in the cowl. Bruce Wayne hadn't just set him free though. He was still sort of the old man's errand boy. So he guessed he was pretty young if Wayne could still tell him what to do. Bruce was also his boss though...so there was that factor.
"It doesn't make sense." He said to Barbara's words and paced a short way. Hands dipping into his brown jacket. Then looked up at the group. He understood more than he let on. But that was half his game, half of what made him who he was. Unlike the others in that room, Terry still had to balance a secret identity. So he learned how to juggle information. Terry Liked to learn all the stories until he had a vivid picture of what was really going on in his head, and then share the results. When people least expected it. Throw them off guard. "She helped the original Batman fight Ra's one last time. "A name which Terry completely slaughtered pronouncing. He continued. "in the near apocalypse of 09. The last couple of decades she put her fathers money to work cleaning up their mess."
Before he could finish his thought, Babs had mentioned the Joker and he seemed a little pale. But he didn't say anything. He kept quiet and looked away.
