Though she couldn't step away much to give them a private moment, Sarah focused her attention off to the side for a few moments. So many people here to be healed, some needing it desperately, some not needing it as much as perhaps they should. Claire, however, needed this, Sarah could see. In a city where 'special' was more the norm in places than 'normal' was, Claire still felt apart and felt less human because of it. Sarah didn't think she was, but she knew one could only tell a person something so much, to have it stick, they had to believe it.
The only thing she did do was nudge them forward occasionally as the line moved closer.
