Moving back from the bathroom, Sam spotted Dean at the bar where he had left him. He hesitated a moment, seeing Ruby drop into the scene and all. Sam honestly didn't know where they stood right now. The last time he had seen her in person, she had socked him upside the head and he had tried to strangle her to death in a fit of temporary insanity. They had talked, briefly, before now, but Sam really didn't know what to make of what was going on between them anymore. Shaking his head, he brushed a hand through his hair and moved over to the bar, returning to the seat on the opposite side of Dean that he had left. Picking up his beer, he shot Ruby a curious sort of look before taking a swig from his bottle.
"Ruby," Sam started, nodding off to her a little as a form of greeting. She could take it however she wanted. He wasn't interested in fighting, so he'd do his best to ignore her if she decided to try and pull at his leg again. Arching a brow at his older brother, Sam shook his head and sighed. "You're really looking to get trashed tonight, aren't you?"
