She'd heard the noise as she entered the graveyard, hands folded over the S on her chest. She side stepped as the boy ran past her, looking scared to death. Eyebrows raised, she glanced at him as she left the park, and then she shot forward, finding herself on the edge of the fight where Buffy and some vampires were in less than a second.
Slayer, Kara knew she'd be fine. She'd come to find out that people on annoyed with her when she jumped in to random rights. You had to be careful. People didn't like it when they worked for something, and then she just flew in and did it in two seconds without one ounce of effort. She knew slaying was second nature to Slayers, obviously, but being Supergirl was something else.
So instead of trying to help out, or come to Buffy's rescue, she staid where she was. Though her eyes staid sharp on the fight. If it looked for half a second that Buffy needed someone to make with the killing, she'd jump in. But Kara didn't want anyone else snapping at her. Curling her legs up under her, she sat floating in the air, watching with interest.
Faith had also asked for her help with the evil vampires, though she hadn't really done anything for that. But watching a Slayer in action might give her some tips.
