Lilith listened to Clark’s advice, but her attention was focused on that man, Zod, regardless of what his personality was, he looked in need of help. The language he spoke, she didn’t recognize it and Lilith had learned all living languages of Earth and some of its dead tongues. “How well do you know him?” she asked, facing the boy. “I think we must take him outside if he’s dangerous as you claim and if he’s disoriented,” she suggested. “Away from the people and where he could breathe without the chemicals in the air.”
She took the initiative and moved forward, offering her hand to Zod. “Excuse me? Are you feeling alright?”
