"My baby has connections," she said with a grin, looking up at him and sounding quite impressed. Which she was. It definitely wasn't just anyone would could call in favors that way. She knew she couldn't, at least. Not unless it was bumming five bucks off of a friend or something, and that was hardly worth mentioning.
As they entered the building, Heather noticed the chill in the air. What was that all about? It was usually warmer inside, and her brow furrowed slightly as she looked around. It was just a hallway to start out with, so that didn't give her much information, but as they continued on into the next room...nope, Heather really didn't know what the cold was all about. But she did spy the lights and the curtain and the table, and she couldn't help the sound that left her. Something like a whine almost, but in a good way.
"Sam," she cooed, turning back to look at him with soft, appreciative eyes. "What is this?"
