Cathy's agreement was nodded solemnly, the mug lifted to her lips again as she sought comfort in the warm beverage. "And it's working, I'm afraid," she acknowledged aloud, for the first time. "Everything is just...off."
She didn't mention the tension that had appeared between herself and her boyfriend in the past few days, nor did she mention the extent to which the hallucinations were affecting her. Lindsey had done nothing wrong, she tried to convince herself. Certainly, he wasn't still working for them.
"Thank you." The idea of one full night's sleep, at least, seemed foreign, but she was eager to give it a try. Naturally, and despite everything, her concern was not only for herself. "And the web, will it work for Lindsey too? He needs it as badly as I do."
Allowing herself to be led to the couch, she gave a smile as the blanket was pulled around her shoulders, snuggling into it as she settled down. "I'm not usually this helpless," she informed Jaenelle with a small grin. "Thank you. Again. For all of this." The tissues were set beside her, and she reached over to pull one from the box, sheepishly excusing herself before attending to her sinuses. The used tissue discarded into the couch-side wastebasket containing several others, she turned her attention back to her current Healer.
"I'll tell you everything that's been going on," she told her at last, sipping at the tea thoughtfully. "I just don't know where to start."
