Dean wasn't sure if Ben opening the test was the best idea, after all, he knew there was probably a lot of information for the kid to weed through on the paper, and part of him thought that if this thing didn't go right, maybe he could shield Ben from the worst of it (for a few minutes at least,) but in the end, he knew this was Ben's thing. It was Ben who was trying to find out about his Dad, Ben who had waited a lifetime of nearly ten long years to find this out.
"Sure." Dean moved to sit on the porch steps next to Ben, wondering again if it was the best idea to let the kid open the envelope. He eyed the benign looking thing suspiciously, because so much rode on what was printed inside.
