Dukat watched her with mute curiosity as she took his hand with his light colored eyes “Our standard body temperatures? I’m aware it is significantly lower then human temperature but as far as I know my pulse is equal to the human standard” he replied with a shrug. He took the moment of closeness to study her, his keen sense of detail taking note of her lack of reaction to the temperature in the room and more over to him not being human “You’re not like most humans I have encountered…Cameron…no let me amend that you don’t react like most humans which is quite curious. Either you are not human and have seen my kind before or you are human or close it and you have met Garak” It was evident when he said the name Garak it wasn’t a tone of joy but one of realization and distaste. Abruptly he hissed when the bandage was removed, forcing the wound to taste the air once more. It did sting! At the mention of stitches he gave a light chuckle “I suppose I can’t apposed, you know what you are doing but you’re going to need a strong needle” He exhaled a sigh sinking back on the bed to lay on his back as Cameron when to ready the stitching. His eyelids shutting as if he were sleeping but speaking to her proved he was quite awake “So tell me are you human?”
