She found herself smirking slightly as well. Food, drink, and sleep. He was quite enjoying the beginnings of Gluttony and Sloth, wasn't he?
Oh stop, She chided Herself a moment later. That's grasping. And then the game lit up, the ball dropped into the dock, and She forgot about it for a moment as She pulled back the shooter.
"I know what I want." Her hands rested on the buttons for the flippers, managing even to hit the ball when She started straight at Castiel. "I want you back at my side, which I have now. And I want you done with that demon." She scowled and sighed once more. "But I've now seen four of my once favoured turn their backs on me. You, the Morningstar, Loki, and Ariel. You I have a chance to have back, wholly and completely."
For a moment Her eyes went back to the game. "You see potential in her because you want to. You want to be right about her, don't you? Some might say I have the same problem with the Morningstar..." She trailed off, eyes down. Out of all of them, his betrayal had pained her the most. Perhaps because it had been the first. Perhaps because she had favoured him over all the rest.
She shoved her hands into her pockets, but the flippers on the machine kept going. "Anyway," She said, biting down on her lip. "I don't... consort with him as you do with her, but I can admit to retaining some spot of fondness for him. As much as he infuriates me." Shaking Her head, She regrouped.
"My point is I understand what you feel, even if I think in the end you'll be hurt and wronged, and no matter what she thinks I don't want that for you. I was disappointed with you and a part of me still is, but I dare say you're safe from that part of me until Easter rolls around." Or until the Metatron stopped putting up with Her moodswings. Whichever came first. "I still worry about what she'll do to that family and what she had already done, and I don't have to tell you that I disapprove. But I would rather have you by my side with your demon consort than human and unable to protect my chosen from what she may do and separate from me."
