To say that she'd been mad was an understatement. It really was too bad the Lux had been a neutral zone, she would have loved to have had some fun while she was there, if only to make herself feel better. Her way to blow off steam had to come from a group of men she had passed down town later that night. That had been a few days ago, and Lilith would have been shocked if their bodies had of been found already.
There was no point to any of her planning, and of her work, and Lilith didn't take that kind of news well at all. She was furious, but she could have handled it worse. She didn't rage, or storm, or smash heads because of it, other then the group of men who had crossed her. Instead, she thought, and planned. There was no way to raise hell, or its armies on her own. But there was another idea that came to mind. The Lilin were an army in their own right with numbers, the supposed children of Lilith. If she couldn't order hell, she could at least have a hold over the army that was supposed to be her own children.
It was why she now stood alone in a room, one arm extended and holding a crystal vile filled with red liquid. Blood naturally. Not her own, but from a child she had lured away. The drops of red landed in a pattern that was already traced on the floor infront of her. She spoke softly in Latin, what she was saying had been committed to memory, and was now being said with power. To summon the Lilin, and keep them under her control, after all, not all children really listened to their mommies.
There was no flash of light, or no real sign that she had completed the spell. No dramatic entrence, but as she set the glass down on the lone table in the room, she felt them. Her eyes bled to white, it wasn't something she tried, it just automatically went. Smiling, she turned around, and looked. There were only two before her, but there were more around, she could feel it. Appearing in the house, her property, exploring, looking around, waiting. The two that were in front of her now had different appearances. One was a little boy, curly brown hair, tanned skin, and dimples to make any mother jealous. The other was a woman, looking about the same age as her hosts body, long black hair, pale skin. Though both of them had the same white eyes that Lilith now had.
It had worked, that much she knew, and she could feel their number. A smirk played across her lips, a sense of justification and triumph filling her. If Hell would not be brought to the surface, she would have to make do with what they had.
"Time to play." she said with a smile, offering her hand to the little boy. When he took it, she gave one glance to the woman, still smiling, and then headed for the door of the room. It would start tonight.
