"Guess not," he said, frowning. Sam hadn't carried it around with him in the first place. He supposed that she was referencing the other him. The future him. She did that often, he noticed. Shaking his head again, Sam watched as Ruby went about making her hot chocolate. He had to admit; this was probably the angriest he'd ever seen someone mix a drink that was supposed to be warm and happy together. He suddenly found himself wishing that the beverage would make her warm and happy, otherwise he knew he was going to be in for one hell of a painful lecture.
"It's because a whole number of things," Sam told her, shifting uncomfortably, "not just my Dad being possessed. Although, now that you mention it? It definitely takes the whole damn cake.
