Yue shifted uncomfortably while he mulled over in his head how to respond to her. She didn't want to go around telling people her life story but people kept telling her she was silly for wanting to do it so she always had to why. Which she had to get used to if she was going to lead the Water Tribe one day when and if she ever got back. She drew in a deep breath and looked at her feet, wondering how she was going to explain herself to yet another person whom she didn't know.
Her eyes drifted up to the sky, where he was pointing and she nodded slowly. "The moon and I are connected through spirit. If I give my part of the spirit back, it might fix this problem. There has to be something wrong with the moon if it is doing all of this." she replied in a strong voice, and drew another deep breath in. "They're trying to stop me from doing it because the spirit is the only the only thing keeping me alive. So if I give it back, I die." She finished off and squared her shoulders.
