“That, it’s unsettling to be suddenly standing in this metropolis, isn’t it?” Lilith noticed the girl’s unease. Poor thing, the shock must have been great, what if she crossed paths with the nocturnal population? She would have been shaken. “I tell you what…” she made a pause and motioned to her right. “We can walk to the main street, sit in a comfortable cafe, take something warm to calm your nerves and the cold, so we can talk quietly.”
She was also beginning to feel anxious and that wasn’t a good sign.
