Telling the girl that she wouldn't lose Dean Winchester might have been a lie. Might have not. She wasn't sure yet. It was far too early to tell that sort of thing and She wasn't about to promise the girl something She absolutely knew She couldn't promise on delivering.
Instead She made a face. "Well, I'd prefer not to lose him either, so really, we're on the same page," She said. "And whether you'd asked me for anything before or not, the answer would be the same. I'm not lying to you." She was God after all. She didn't lie. Per se.
"You can be scared." She glanced up at the images on the stained glass. "They were all scared at some point. It's natural for mortals, isn't it?"
