Heather would've been disappointed by all of this if she'd had any kind of real, honest to goodness faith. But she didn't, and so it was more of an expected thing than a surprise.
"I can understand that, you being upset by what's going on. But you're pretty much just throwing a tantrum, aren't you? Can't you just... I mean, with all the power you're supposed to have, why not be a little more direct with getting what you want? Why not just find Castiel and Ruby yourself and say what you want to say, or do what you want to do?" Not that she was hoping to give God any ideas, but she just didn't see the point in frogs and flies when this creature beside her had all of the power in the world to get her way, no matter what it was. It was like punishing the whole city for what two people were doing, and Heather couldn't help but find that very un-Godlike.
"I do," she replied lamely. "I know what demons can do, and I know what she's been doing with Sam. But it's going to stop as soon as Lilith's gone. And I'm making sure, personally, that nothing happens to Sam while it's going on."
