Ruby had taken to hanging around waiting when she was planning to meet Castiel. Not that waiting was new to her, she'd followed Sam around long enough waiting to help him and Dean out. And then there was all that time in hell. Things she'd had to do to get back to him. She was patient. And she hadn't been lying to god when she'd said there were two people she'd do anything to help. One was Sam of course, Castiel had swiftly become the other. And both were for reasons she wasn't sure she was ready to divulge even to herself yet.
She'd made sure the former Angel had a more potant hex bag that she'd let on to him, one that should just about keep anything from tracking him, the same level of magic she'd used to protect his Grace. But with methods he'd likely not approve of. Still it kept him safe and he didn't need to know the rest. She got that it was hard for him, he'd gone from the power of an Angel to...
Mortal. He'd asked her before he'd done it would still still want him as a human, And she did. There was no question of that. Even if she could've done without the frogs.
They annoyed her.
And she swore there were more around her than most people. Like they followed her or something
She muttered something in an old germanic tongue and the nearest frog popped...popped rather unpleasently. Two more promptly fell near her in its place..
"Whatever" she muttered to the deity she knew was probobly listning but not interfering beyond the petty and leaned back against the wall, she'd stayed just outside of the House protections. Waiting.
