The glare never ceased. She just glared at him as he said that she could try, and crossed her arms stubbornly. "Just remember, you, I'm scary when I get mad!" The sleep deprivation added into the whole not being as bouncy as she'd been before.
"Adam...no..would you.." She followed after him as he started walking, moving to match her pace with his quickly. "Would you listen for a second? I'd feel bad." She mumbled after a short fashion. "I feel bad enough that you had to come in and save me from the big bads...but I'd feel worse if you..look..it doesn't matter. I'll sleep in a tree. They're comfortable."
