Some people wouldn't do good dealing with their emotions by fighting but that's how Jack did it. That was the way B-squad had always gotten past their emotional issues. They argued or sparred them out until they were too tired to fight it anymore, and then tried to smooth the edges and work on what was left over vocally. Even here without his teammates Jack seemed better once the vampires were closer. It was nice to know that his ways still applied even to this crazy world. Might have been the only one that did. But hey, he'd take it.
Both vampires glared at him that he'd been working on, and rushed him at once. Pulling his own stake, one in each hand. he flipped into the air and landed between the two vampires who stopped suddenly and found themselves in a bit of trouble. Jack threw the stake at one, piercing it's heart and causing it to explode into the usual dusty manner. Then there was the other one, he dropped to the ground and rolled through the creatures legs up behind it where he stabbed it in the heart from the backside with a deadly accuracy. A hint of anger though his voice still held that comically mocking tone. "Ever play leap frog? eh..well now I guess you won't."
