Isabella "Bella" Marie Cullen (nee. Swan) (bellsm) wrote in parabolical,
It was a shock to look up and see the eyes she use to look at every day in the mirror. At the very least, at least those hadn't been lost. She had liked her eyes, and now her daughter had them. They'd never be gone. She couldn't exactly say she'd missed Nessie, she'd never met her before. But as she carefully returned the hug, not entirely sure how strong the girl was, she knew that she'd miss her terribly from now on when they were apart. She was so warm, much warmer than a human. Bella could hear her heart racing, faster than a humans. She memorized the sent of her, and every detail she could pick up on.
She let go of Nessie when she wanted to go to Edward. Standing up, she watched Nessie and Edward the a fascination. The sight was so foreign, but so right at the same time.
At the mention of her sticker, Bella easily noticed it on her hand and bit back an amused smile. A sticker of a dog. She could only try and imagine what Edward would be thinking about that. But now her curiosity was back. "Why were you with Jake?" she asked gently, trying to figure out what a werewolf, especially one who hated vampires so much, was doing with their daughter. It didn't make a lot of sense to her.
