First Dance; Bride and Groom
Looking back, Sarah would be amused at how often on this day she had effectively blocked out everyone in favor of him, but it happened yet again during this dance. It was hard for it not to, with their feelings essentially winning out over all other senses. There were things that, with time, would fade or dull slightly in her memory, as was the case with anyone who did not have a perfect memory, but even when the finer details were harder to recall on her own, this feeling, of being wrapped entirely in not only him, but something that was theirs, would be ever clear.
I love you.
There was no need to speak, especially now, when the sharing of thought was far more intimate that spoken words, suiting this pocket of space and time that was theirs. If it wouldn't have meant the song fading, time could slowed or stilled around them without Sarah being the wiser.
