Isabella "Bella" Marie Cullen (nee. Swan) (bellsm) wrote in parabolical,
At some point in time she became aware that Alice was there, hear her approach, though it hadn't caused her to move. Her thoughts were still on James. Was he on to come other girl now? Someone else that had the same color hair, and once the same color eyes as her? Was that how it was going to be? Anyone who was remotely like Bella could be his next victim. This was all because of her. Someone was killing because of her. And it wasn't even by accident, or because he couldn't control himself. He was doing it for the fun of it. Her human memories of him wouldn't do him justice, she knew, but she could easily imagine his laugh, or the way he looked when he dropped the body off.
There was no point in trying to fight against Alice, even if Bella stronger than her for the moment. Eventually she became more aware of what Alice was doing, instead of fixed on her thoughts of young girls being slaughtered. She didn't know what made it worse, the fact that the girl was innocent, or the fact that Bella had come so close to being exactly like her only a few years ago.
Closing her eyes, she turned her head away from the scene, and towards Alice's shoulder, using her sisters marble like body to block her view. It was still sort of strange, she was so use to Alice being so much colder and harder. Now it wasn't the case at all. It was nice though, to know she wasn't going to be tempting any more of the Cullen's or being a bit of trouble just from the way she smelled and couldn't walk. She heard every word that Alice said, and while they registered in her mind, they didn't really mean all that much. The comforting meant something, but the words weren't much more than that. But the gesture was appreciated.
She knew they were going to have to do something, they couldn't leave that body there much longer, she would have to be moved. But it wasn't like Bella had any idea on how to go about something like this. She'd just do whatever she was told to do. How long she let Alice keep her there, she wasn't sure. But she forced herself to focus, and smooth out her face. "He killed her because we have the same hair, and had the same eyes. She's dead because of me." she whispered, using up most of the breath she had held. Bella was going to have the breath again soon, she could only hope that she really did have some kind of crazy control over herself.
[ooc: Awww, yay, Alice <3 Threading it out is great with me!]
