It was a loaded question, as it often was for her, without a simple answer. There were parts of her that were okay, that were even fine now that she was home, but there were parts she wasn't sure ever would be okay. But despite the raw emotional pain that was almost crippling at the moment she couldn't help the small grin at his threat. "You know you still have to find a way to end that," she pointed out.
She shifted again, curling into his side with her head resting on his chest and her arm moved to lay across his stomach. "Better," she started, "that's how I am, better now." Better was good, a relative term that wasn't a flat out lie like a fine would have been.
