"I am," Allana assured Jacen, turning her smile upon him. "She has quite a bit of work ahead of her, but I'm proof she will, ultimately, turn out well enough. Or, at least, I'd like to think so."
Her gaze slid to Tenel Ka, then, her smile still in place. She'd forgotten how very different the woman had been, when Jacen was in her life. It was all little more than a vague memory for her, now, really. Yet the sorrow of Jacen's death never did quite seem to leave her mother, in her opinion. It did her heart good, to see them together like this.
"It's wonderful to see you," she remarked. "Both of you." She still was having trouble believing Jacen was really here, in front of her, after all this time. Part of her almost wanted to touch him just to make sure he was truly there.
"I'm not certain how long I'll be here, but I am grateful for this opportunity if nothing else." She looked between the two again. "Now, who else is here that I should be aware of? I'm afraid the few moments I spoke with Amelia in our passing, she was able to tell me very little in the way of truly pertinent information."
