Jacen relaxed slightly when Allana arrived and gave him a far lighter and warmer smile than he had received in quite some time. It was a massive relief. He almost sighed with that relief. Instead, he gave Allana a small, nervous smile.
"I'm hoping it does not remain that way for long, but my loving twin," Jacen paused just long enough to give Jaina a mental kick in the rear through the twin bond, "and her son declined to join us, and your mother is running very late. So for the moment, it is just you and I."
Jacen studied his daughter, pleased to see her red locks flowing once again, and perhaps, silliest thing of all, happy to have her under her own name. "Would you like to sit with me?"
