"Brilliant," Bela muttered under her breath. She didn't have to hear the bone crack to realise what had happened. The pain told her well enough. Bela pursed her lips, holding back any sound. She wasn't actually going to give the demon bitch the pleasure, that much was for sure.
At least it was her left arm. She could still shoot, and for a 'glass half empty' girl like Bela, it was somewhat amazing she was able to see any positives in the situation.
"I said," she said through somewhat gritted teeth. "That I would take you to my flat. You and those boys... always heading straight for the violence, I swear. You've just slowed us down, you realise?" Her grip on the sack she was carrying loosened, but she kept it in the left hand. She would need her right one free.
She glanced over at Faith. "Faith the Vampire Slayer? Right then." Her tone of voice made it obvious that she held very little stock in the name.
"Let's go then," she said, gesturing down the block with her good arm. "We'll go on a tour of the good life."
