Bela reached up, scratching behind her ear at a sport where the wig was slipping; something trivial, but irritating. She would probably wear the red one later when she went down to the beach. She checked her watch yet, noting the time and quickly allotting herself only an hour to soak in the tub. She would have to be off after that.
She wondered how many of the crystals the witch was going to want. The deal had been for six, but there were plenty more than that shifting around in the bag clutched in her hand. There'd been extras at the auction house, and Bela liked to have insurance. Maybe she could eke some more money out of the deal.
With that thought Bela continued on towards her building.
