"We will," Susan said with more conviction than she really felt as she leaned into her Grandfather's embrace, clinging to him as tears rolled down her cheeks. "We only ever needed each other before. We survived back then. We'll do it this time," Susan said, closing her eyes.
The only difference was that their was no illusion of going home this time.
