Cathy lowered the glass, an involuntary smile creeping over her features at the turn the conversation had taken. It made things easier, looking forward to the step their relationship would take in the near future. "Thank you," she told Faith earnestly, reaching over to give her hand an excited squeeze.
"I have no idea," she admitted, pushing her hair back and hooking it around an ear. "It doesn't matter, as long as he's there, you know?" The words sounded cheesey even as she said them, and she blushed a little.
