Willow shuffled her feet a bit before replying almost sheepishly, "Well, I only got as far as the hard drive before I figured it was time to bring it in." Studying the laptop for a moment, she met his gaze again.
"If you can just get it going... I can probably retreive the data myself," she stated.
It was a bit of compromise on her part, but Willow did know of a spell that could likely give one last surge to the hard drive to find any missing or corrupt files. It wasn't as though she was using her magic for everything.
"Do I, uh, need to give you my name or, uh, a phone number?" she questioned. "I guess it goes without saying that the quicker I have this back, the better it'll be. It's sort of a matter of life and death, or could be. It's complicated."
