At the sight of her Master, Jaina rose to her feet and a large smile spread across her face. It had been too long since she'd seen the other woman. She just hadn't realized how long until just now.
"Master," she replied, then gave a bit of a shrug. "I'm as well as can be expected, I suppose. You?"
Even as she asked the question, Jaina was already sweeping her gaze across the other woman. Searching for any signs of illness, any weakness that might not be visible to the naked eye but was still spottable by someone who knew Mara as well as she did. She didn't see anything immediately distressing, which relieved her, but she could tell there was something. Something that was bothering her.
Jaina knew better than to ask, though. If her Master wanted to talk, she would. Otherwise, this was a meeting meant to help her sort out a few things. Namely, Darth Caedus... and how she could best bring him down.
