LaCroix left worked looking quite like your original businessman, save for the fact he wasn’t carrying a briefcase with rare shades set to hide his brilliant gaze from view. It was a fine little café he had chosen for their meeting, choosing indoors then the patio due to the cool weather that would he figure bother Alessa. Gently he eased himself into a booth, offering the wattress merely a glance as he spoke. Revealing himself to be rather aloof to the human, who was slightly unnerved by his cold nature. Being a vampire he ordered nothing but he replied by saying “I am waiting for someone…she may require something when she arrives…”
He handed his menu back but kept one for Alessa just in case she was hungry or thirsty. LaCroix set quietly, still in his raven overcoat and sunglasses, staring out the glass window with his hands nestled on the tabletop. Silent he mused on his thoughts about Dahlia, mother of his lady friend, a woman as guilty as him when it came to her parenting. His full lips curled into a frown, he didn’t like seeing his own wicked deeds reflected by, it was opening old wounds he didn’t need opened up.
