Henry stood near the doorway, hoping to catch Alessa on the way in. She should be easy to spot, in that white robe and cape she had described. He felt a little ridiculous dressed as an astronaut but he supposed it could be worse. Henry had also brought some old clothes for the clothing drive, even though he had those two free passes.
Behind him was a band singing a song he'd never heard before.

It was upbeat at least, and not much like the last music he'd heard: that horrible street musician.
He wondered if Alessa was going to want to dance. He always felt ridiculous dancing, but he didn't want to be a jerk. Even though this wasn't a date, she was his guest. He decided he'd wait for her to mention it, if she was going to -- she didn't exactly seem like the dancing type herself.
