No body ever called her Lady Potter. Those titles were left for the pureblood elite. She might have been a pureblood, and her family wasn't as poor as they had been while she was growing up (quite the opposite really), but she didn't like be addressed that way. "Ginny is fine, if you don't mind." she said with another smile. She didn't try to hide her confusion by his words. Ginny had no idea what he was talking about, or this 'tongue of men'. English?
She looked at his offered arm, and then to her bags. She shook her head slightly, still smiling. "Thanks, but I don't even know why I haven't put them away yet." she said with a shrug. There were a few spells she could do without her wand, and a levitation spell was one of them. Removing her grip on the bags, they remained floating in front of her as she took her purse off of her shoulders. It was a fairly large purse, but not big enough looking to hold all of her bags. Still, she took each parcel one by one and placed them into the purse, as if there were all the space in the world, before snapping it closed and sliding it back onto her arm.
"You're far away from home, Gandalf the White." she tried to explain gently. "There are forces here, called the Powers that Be, that have been taking people from all over. Different worlds, different times, to fight in a war, good against evil." she motioned to his staff, still smiling. "My people are magic too. Wizards and witches, pretty much my entire family has magic, and a number of us have ended up here as well, just like you."
