For whatever reason, his smile made her want to smile in return. It was one of those contagious ones that just sort of put your mind at ease. She blinked at him, face blank. No where in the muggle world had she heard of such places, and she knew they didn't exist in the wizarding one. "I've never heard of those places. But you're in Los Angeles. It's a city in the United States of America." something told her he wasn't going to mean much to him. "I'm going to assume you were meant to be somewhere else, and then ended up here?" life story of almost everyone here.
Gandalf the White. It sounded more like a name you'd hear in the wizarding world, but more generations ago. It was almost like he belonged in Merlin's time. "I'm Ginny Potter." she replied, adjusting her bags in her arms. She eyed the staff for a moment, looking at it curiously. "Are you some kind of wizard, then?" she asked, gesturing to the staff with one free finger. It looked like it should be magical. But from the muggle stories that people would tell about magic. It wasn't anything Ginny had ever seen before. But she did know that this man was lost, and then he seemed nice enough. And if he was a wizard, it was just another reason she couldn't let him wonder off without an explanation, he could get into trouble without even meaning to.
