Catwoman didn't know how she had found herself in LA, but it only took her a few hours to realize just how dark the city seemed to be. She could use that to her advantage. When a city was in chaos, one would hardly notice a jewel thief. She was a criminal, sure, but she didn't kill anyone which made her a lot better than most of the trash in Gotham. She just was just a thief, who sometimes accidentally ended up doing the right thing. It was pesky and annoying kind of like the conscience she wouldn't admit to possessing.
She wasn't gonna steal anything now though, she just needed to get better acquainted with the city. This Los Angeles was not the one that it should be. It was far darker, maybe even darker than Gotham. She was just exploring, and she'd chosen to go out as Catwoman because someone might mess with Selina Kyle, or at least be appalled that such a little girl was out on the streets on her own.
She'd been out almost all night, just learning about the city, and she had found that it was indeed a very dark place. There were things here she couldn't even have imagined. The sun would be up soon, and she didn't think many of the day people would understand an overgrown kitty prowling the city, so it was probably time to find a place to stay.
She dropped into the alley from the fire escape above, looking around, cautiously. This was not Gotham so more caution was needed here.
