Nick had been working on a song for a while now, but he had to put it on hold when Alex died because she was the reason he was writing the song in the first place, and when she was gone he kind of didn't really have the will to write it anymore. Her return had inspired him to stick to it, though and over night he had finally managed to complete it. A song that had been in the making since he couldn't even remember when, and it was finished. He didn't care if it wasn't a hit, or if no one wanted to hear it, he was just nervous that his girlfriend wouldn't like it.
Shoving Joe's incredibly soft purple sweatshirt over his shoulders, which he felt compelled to wear now that they were fighting? and he was worried about him, he picked his guitar up by the neck and swiftly made his way to Alex's bedroom. He rapped on the door with his knuckles softly before pushing it open with his shoulder to join Alex on her bed. Even though she had heard their music before, this was his first time personally playing to her and he was incredibly nervous. He wouldn't show it, but he was.
"Hey, still think I'm a meanie?" He asked her as he pulled his guitar onto his lap and shifted to sit closer to her.
