Her spirits had lifted when she had read the Apocalypse was finally over. She had felt even more better when she read that people were coming alive again. At first, she had seen no sign of Casey, but then when she saw his post, she had nearly jumped out of her seat with an excited squeal. Sure, he hadn't seemed that...thrilled. But who would be? But he was alive, and he was going to be alright.
Kim left her room at Kat's place, intended to see if she could go and find someone who knew where Casey was. She wanted to make sure he was alright. Kim hardly knew it. She wasn't overly close to any of the Rangers, but she was working on it. She had arrived late, forming bonds would take a little time.
She had half started to skip down the stairs after not achieving her goal in the penthouse, when she heard voices at the bottom of the stairs. Curious, she started walking normally, though quickly down the steps to see who was there. Kim recognized them both, one was RJ, and the other brought a huge smile of relief to her face. Considering the last memory of him she had was arriving back at Kat's place with his tattered body, red blood on her pink uniform, she never thought he'd see him whole again.
"Casey!" she said, much like she had on the boards. She hopped she hadn't been interrupting, but she was so happy to see him walking around. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, she took a seat on the other side of him, a huge grin on her face. He was alright, or he was going to be alright. He had his friends and the other Rangers to help him try and deal with what happened.
