Bellatrix was dead, but that could never make up for the fact that Albus was gone to. They'd found the body, brought him home, and now Ginny needed to bandage herself up. The curse had hit her well, there were deep gashes down her right arm and side. Even if she knew some minor healing, it was a cut from magic, she'd probably be scared for life. But that didn't matter.
She was in the bathroom she shared with Harry, peeling away her blood soaked robes. The simple red tank top she wore under neath was torn, and tattered. There was a salve somewhere in the bathroom. A magical one that would help it heal fast. Ginny leaned against the counter, digging through a cabnit until she found what she was looking for. Pulling it out, she set it on the table. It wasn't even until she looked down at her hands that she realized she was shaking. She felt cold, so cold. The pain from the gashes in her arms were barley registering in her mind. A glance in the mirror would have told her she was a bloody mess, but she was to lost in her own thoughts.
It was too much. Losing a child was too much. A parent wasn't supposed to bury the child, that wasn't how it work. That wasn't the natural order of things. Between Albus, and her shared duel against Bella with Draco, she had pushed herself over the edge, only it was hitting her until now. Her whole body began to shake as she slid down to the floor, before she fell down.
Her legs were brought to her chest, her forehead rested on her knees. Her blood stained arms were held out infront of her. She wanted to find Harry and Lily, but she couldn't move. She couldn't even think. As she started to cry, she could only hope Harry came and found her soon. She needed him to just sit there with her. She'd get through it if she had him, and Lily. James was safe back in his world, that was what she told herself. It would never be the same, but she had to keep going.
