"Of course not. I'm saying I want to take her home. She came to LA to get away, but she ended up in the wrong LA of a different world. She didn't mean to end up here, and the Weir is the closest thing to home." this place had changed her. Lavender hadn't been a werewolf before here. And it had changed that too. Had she been in their world, if for some strange reason she shifted years later, they had potions to help cure it.
It didn't take much to flare her temper, and Peter suggesting that Ginny hadn't been a friend was more than enough to ignite the flame. "I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that you kept a log of all of our conversations." she said sarcastically. "How do you know?" she said so softly it sounded mean. "How do you know I wasn't there for her? I've got news for you, I was. She told me about transforming, and the killings, about this place. There were plenty of times she came to me, and I tried to help her, like she helped me." she continued, keeping her voice calm. "She asked me to sit in with her with her next transformation. We we're supposed to have a night out before all of this..."
Ginny crossed her arms over her chest, her own honey brown eyes rimmed with tears, but showing anger. "She was a hero, I agree. And she lived and fought with us as well. In case you've forgotten, we had our own 'end of the world' war at home." Just because her brother was a complete idiot at times, didn't mean others didn't recognize how strong Lavender was. Harry, Hermione, Luna, hell, even Draco knew it, and they all had respect for her, she was sure.
