"No, no, I'm fine. I just..." Gabriel said, peering at Sarah as he reached up, taking off his glasses as he peered at her, specifically at her stomach. Closing his eyes for a moment, Gabriel opened them again to a completely different view. It was Sarah. He was sure of that much, but the systems that his mind was scanning were deep and internal, and while he couldn't pin down every action that they were taking, he could tell that they weren't taking one that was vital to her very survival.
"Your small intestines aren't doing their job," Gabriel said quietly, tearing his eyes away from Sarah's gut as he looked back up at her. "Everything is just getting flushed right back out."
