Remus chuckled softly. "Yes, because newborns have such active and busy lives." Grinning, he looked down at Cian. "Because sleeping and eating are such tiring, tiring jobs." Oh how nice it would have been to be that age again. No worries -- nothing that could possibly bother him. Just sleep and eat. It was more than a little tempting.
"I wouldn't say you were huge," Remus pointed out. "Swallowed a Quaffle, perhaps, but not huge." He reached out, brushing the strands of hair behind her ear, fingertips trailing over her cheek. "There has been quite a resurgence, hasn't there?" Yes, Sirius's presence was more than a boon in his life. Though he wasn't sure how all of that fit in yet.
Nodding, Remus carried Cian to his crib and set the mobile in motion before returning to the bed, laying down on his side to face Tonks. "I'm not going to do anything stupid." Yet he added silently. "He comes near you and I won't be held responsible for my actions I'll tell you that much."
