Well, if there was one thing he knew about Brennan, it was that he could place faith in her being absolutely blunt. But considering how he felt, he wasn't all that surprised that he looked it too. Pushing away from the toilet, he held up his hands until she was in distance that he could take the bottles from her.
The Tums were first, at least six in the handful. He cringed slightly at the chalky, acidic taste but gamely chewed and swallowed them before washing down the miserable taste (and aftertaste from the morning's activity) with nearly half the bottle.
"I don't remember," he said as he leaned back against the wall, head tilting lazily as he looked up at her. "Thanks Bones, you're amazing. I owe you one."
