"Like I told you when you arrived, I don't know what a Cylon is," Gabriel said as he looked up at Sam, working hard to keep his eyes from unfocusing and attempting to examine the machinery that rested just below Sam's skin. "But I can assure you I'm not toaster. I don't even like bread that much," He said, a slight smile tugging at his lips. It was a lame attempt at a joke, but anything that could lessen the tension that had filled the room was better than nothing.
"I am who I said I am. My name is Gabriel Gray, and I'm... Well, I suppose you could say that I'm part of human 2.0," He said, clearing his throat nervously, a slight color spreading into his cheeks. Looking up at Sam, Gabriel peered at the man with curiosity before nodding slowly. "I can explain in part, at least."
