"Perhaps. You probably do have a point there," Gabriel said, clearing his throat as he managed to tear his eyes away, ducking his head and coughing into his hand in an attempt to cover the sudden jerk of his head that he had to pull off in order to drag his mind away from what he was seeing.
As Sam shifted, Gabriel nodded in understanding and stepped in front of him (trusting sap that he was) and headed towards the doors, "Give me a few seconds," He said, slipping inside and inputting the codes for an authorized guest before holding the door open for Sam to step inside. "You'll have to forgive the intense security. We have a tendency to make a lot of enemies around here. Have to be sure that we're all as safe as possible," He said, eyes lingering on the other man for a moment longer than would be considered polite before he was able to turn away.
"I should also apologize for my behavior. I'm still learning how to control it," Gabriel said, raising a hand to rub the back of his neck. "My mind...tends to have a mind of its own, sometimes."
