Even when he doubted himself he still had the potential to be a leader. He could still make people want to listen and follow his leads. He just had to believe in himself. Train harder.
Especially now that they were being attacked by monsters, and the sort that he was afraid of. He froze. The vampire was strong and he didn't know how to fight it. All he could do was try to hold it off. It wasn't working too well. The creature was so close he could practically smell its reeky breath and it made him cringe.
The vampire was startled by whatever it was that went rushing towards him and pushed at him. It rolled to the side, and Casey went the other direction. For a second he just lie there, to afraid to move. Breathing too quickly and fear consuming him. Making it nearly impossible to react as he lie on his back while the creature scrambled up to regain its bearings.
"You..what the hell. Freaks." Freaks? Go figure. From the fanged Freak himself. It was starting to back away, the wolf spirit was practically biting at his own neck to keep him away from Casey who was finally getting off the ground with a wince. He didn't even realize he was bleeding, that it'd bitten him yet.
