Amelia didn't miss the grumble, and couldn't say she blamed him. It couldn't be easy, knowing there was an entire series dedicated to someone from your world, with your father essentially written as a villain throughout, when he really was anything but one. At least, that's how she understood the books were, from others she'd spoken to.
Nodding, she picked up her glass and grimaced a bit. "Darth Vader. He was one of the most powerful Sith in history." A sip of her drink and she added, "He's actually my great-grandfather. The movies depict his life, and the life of his children - my grandmother and great uncle."
Her hands wrapped around her glass as she met Scorpius' gaze. A smile that was part grimace was present as she admitted, "There are books about my world, too. They tell about things that happened after Darth Vader died. I haven't read any of them yet, although I have glanced at the covers of a few when I was in a bookstore a few weeks back."
A brief pause of silence before she grinned. "Personally, I'm just glad there aren't any about me yet. I'm not sure how I'd handle it if everyone knew everything there was to know about me."
